Publisher's summary

The race is on to save the world!

With their victory in the Golden Lands, Gareth and his friends turn their eye toward their next goal. The activation of two of the eight ancient weapons designed to destroy the gods has set Acamida on a course for destruction.

Discovering the rest won’t prove itself easy. Acamida is a dangerous place, and threats lurk around every corner. Continuing his quest won’t prove as easy as Gareth believes, and his complacency threatens to unravel everything.

As the countdown to disaster continues to tick down, Gareth is going to discover a side of himself he never expected. Only by getting stronger, finding new cards, and most importantly, becoming more goblin, can he save reality.

Simply amazing series

Any fans of MTG will absolutely love this series. The author has created an amazing world with super awesome premise Of magic and TC. The cards and spells and creatures are awesome. The story is so well developed that not only ate there multiple Books in the series but he has also already released a spin-off from one of the side characters. Can’t recommend this or his other books enough. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

i really enjoyed it, you should read it too!

The story progresses in an interesting new goblin twist as our lovable group finds a suspicious footprint in the jungle, and as always a simple sounding quest ends up as a big mess.

I really enjoyed the path the author chose to take with intelligent card monsters and the way it's going to impact the story going forward.

Other than that, there is some really good character development, world building and awesome card magic fun!

Highly recommended 4.5/5

A+

This is a very good series. So far the best deck building series I’ve read.

cool new cards!

I love this series because my inner deck builder gets joy from seeing how their decks evolve and grow stronger, and this book adds a bunch to his powerset! I wouldn't have complained if we'd had a few more card battles, but the world building was on point! keep it up!

Love the story and the progression. I hate when the books end. Can’t wait for the next one.

Great book

Loved it! It seems that every book in the sequel is just as good as the first. It’s very well written and the narrator does an amazing job!

Dropped the ball.

Big fan of the series but this was by far the weakest entry. Putting aside the numerous proofreading errors roughly 90% of this entry is nearly idle chatter between the characters usually consisting of one character noting something and Gareth unnecessarily explaining their own comment back at them. Recommend skipping this one.
