Interesting way to look at food
Fascinating book about how are genetics and food interact with each other. Heard about this book from John Tesh and his podcasts. Coming from a world renown heart doctor this book its truly inspiring me by the way I look at the food that was not around 100 years ago! I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to turn back the clock on how you eat and how to age better.

Good Advice
It sounds like the right way to eat and live with a few exceptions. He makes it sound bad to eat fruit, which I can't buy into. However, if I were very ill with some crazy disease, I would give this a second thought. I believe it has the ability to heal things that medicine cannot touch. But for now, I just cannot be locked into another diet.

love this information!
everyone needs to read or listen to this information to understand why there is an obesity epidemic happening. He gives you the why's down to the cellular processing levels in your body and the understanding of the tools to correct and heal your body. This is not a diet, it is a powerful healing tool and lifestyle. Highly recommend!
