I Love This Book!
This book has a wealth of information to offer anyone who wants to be healthier! It has everything in it for vegetarians, vegans, raw foodies, but also for people who simply want to eat more nutritionally, even if they are not vegetarian. The cooking tips alone for beans, lentils, rice, quinoa... are amazing! I had no idea I was doing wrong. The well-researched health and nutrition information is easy to understand. Her delicious recipes help me put her nutrition information easily to work in my life. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wishes to have optimum health!

A wealth of information!
So much information for all aspects of life. Great to read all the way through but it has also served as a reference guide for daily living. The reader had a very “easy to listen to” voice.
