About this listen

How to Control Co-Dependent People takes a satirical approach to shedding light upon a very dark subject: narcissistic abuse. I wrote this in 2015, and shortly thereafter, my life took a turn for the better and I put all this behind me.

I actually forgot what it was like to be codependent. Since then, I’ve gone further in my research into what underlies toxic interpersonal relationships, and I’ve learned how to identify it in government, media, religion, and corporations and the dynamic between these entities and those they control, influence, and/or enslave.

I believe the master-slave dichotomy is the fundamental struggle here, as we are born into a society that encourages and rewards lockstep conformity.

This audiobook is intended to demonstrate to those struggling with codependency just how narcissists actually view them. By hearing their “play book”, codependents should be able to recognize covert abuse and avoid its pernicious effects.

It's painful to listen too but must be heard. It really establishes the mechanisms of dependant people and the people who use those people.

A hard one to listen too, short but worth

This was the best $3.95 I've ever spent. This is a great summary of narcissistic behavior, some of which I've experienced first hand.

The author takes a dark and honest approach to calling out to victims of narcissistic/psychological/emotional/verbal abuse to wake up and see what their abusers are doing to them. The first step to escaping an abusive relationship is realizing what is being done to you. Yes, it is written as a handbook for a narcissistic, but even if a narcissistic read it, it would have no bearing at all of their behavior. Narcissistic’s are, by definition, unable to have insight into themselves. They cannot turn the mirror on themselves. They would never admit that this is how they view their victims. They cannot admit that they have victims at all, because that would depend on the admission that they are abusers.

Very Insightful

There's another book of similar title with the exact same duration! The author is Jon Bet. So who is the author? While I enjoyed the satire, I'm obviously annoyed I bought the same book TWICE. Even if they made it different through a few words, it's the SAME story. I see this as a scam for extra sales. Obviously, I fell for it!

There's an IDENTICAL book!
