About this listen
Letting go of someone you love from a death, divorce, or a breakup can be one of the hardest things you will ever do. To avoid more pain, you may be holding onto things that no longer serve you or avoiding it altogether. When you let go of things, it doesn't mean your loss is now "okay". Instead, it means you are going to be okay.
This book follows in the style of Demarco's number one new release book Understanding Childhood Trauma & How to Let Go: 11 Effective Tools You Need to Heal (from a Fellow Survivor) in that it provides helpful insights on how to move forward from the pain of loss. The sorrow can be so devastating that your world shatters and may make you feel trapped in a perpetual feeling of "stuck in time" at the moment of loss. It doesn't have to be this way. You do have a choice.
No matter the loss you are suffering whether new or old, you can benefit from discovering how to let go, heal, recover, and move forward instead of moving on. If you have suffered:
- The loss of a parent, child, or spouse
- The pain of breakups
- The devastation of divorce
- The agony of failing on your life's journey
Join Julian on this journey of inner peace, wellness, and finding your release from loss as she gently guides you through the steps of letting go. She shares her tragic losses and how she managed to find her way to inner freedom, healing, and releasing sorrow. If you are trying to cope with a loss, then How to Let Go of Someone You Love: Deal, Heal & Forgive After Loss is for you.
Armed with the action steps in the audio of this journey, you can begin to:
- Prepare to let go
- Discover acceptance
- Embrace change
- Stop harmful behaviors
- Unleash the power inside you
- Move past letting go and create a future instead of living in the past
If you or someone you love is in the painful valley of loss, you need the gift of letting go. Develop this precious talent today with How to Let Go of Someone You Love: Deal, Heal & Forgive After Loss!

This reduction can only take place if you were involved with a toxic person. Toxic people are selfish, empathetically bankrupt, and have a limited relationship with reality. Anyone who feels validated by exploiting your hunger for theirs is toxic - to your peace, your life, and your mental health.

Story
A guy who rejects or breaks up with you should no longer exist in your life. Contacting him or allowing him to stay in touch with you will make you work harder and harder to convince him that you’re worth his love and attention, and it will compel you to play that ugly and unwinnable game called Chase-a-Man. The best way to avoid this ugly game and break his spell over you is to cut the guy off (cease all communications and interactions) for a set period of time, or in some cases, keep him cut off out of your life indefinitely.

Story
If you experienced physical or emotional abuse, neglect, or abandonment as a child, you may struggle with unhealthy relationships as an adult. Hurtful attachments with our caregivers in early childhood can lay the foundation for toxic relationships. Those experiences can even affect the way we handle conflict, our feelings toward sex, and our expectations of our partners. But this doesn't mean you can't change. This book will help you gain a greater awareness of the trauma bonds that prevent you from getting the love, safety, and security you desire.

Story
When you let go, you live intuitively. Everything flows, because you are no longer attached to things being a certain way, to being a certain person or always being right. What a relief. The irony is that when you feel stuck in any area of your life - career, relationships, purpose, health or money - letting go can seem very hard. You cling on for dear life just at the moment you need to take the leap. In The Power of Letting Go, John Purkiss explains why we should let go and how we can do it, using proven techniques to make things happen.

Relatable situations and emotions.
This book was such a great read! It truly was relatable, honest, and genuine. It allowed me to understand the stages of grief that comes from losing someone by choice, or by no choice. I was able to understand the importance of proper healing and have gained the motivation to be patient with myself and my emotions. I am excited to begin the workbook that was gifted upon the conclusion of this book! A big thank you to the author, many blessings.

Very inspiring and well explain!
We will never be psychologically prepared for the loss of someone we love. We need to go through it. The book gives real examples of particular situations from different experiences, supported by some nice suggestions that you can combine with your own point of view and help yourself with your personal difficulties. You might think it is not going to help you 100%, but it will help you to get an idea of what you can do to be able to deal with your hard time in life. It is nice to listen to a narrator; it is like she shares her experience and talks to you. It is very smooth and nice. The author explains how you can let your bad or sad feelings go and make your life easier with a brighter future. It's a helpful idea to change your mind and look at the situation in a different way, finding some positive reasons to move forward. I find this audio book helpful and inspiring.

Amazing listen!
I wish I would have listened to this audiobook a few years ago, when I was going through a heartbreak and was trying forget someone I loved. I’m sure it would have helped with the healing and I would have benefited so much from it.
At least now it comforts me to know that I can gift this great book to a loved one so that they don’t have to experience the heartbreak I did.
