not my fav

I couldn't get past the robotic sounding voice of the narrator long enough to enjoy the book. The information provided seemed very basic to me. I did not enjoy this at all. it's a waste of money.

Wouldn't recommend it.

Very brief, very shallow and didn't really add much. If you spend couple of hours browsing Youtube for running guides you are better-off.
