Such great information!
Great book with insight and cheerful examination by the astounding Francis Presley. I purchased this book to become familiar with the cerebrums ability to mend itself. A book confident and logical examination that reinforces God's unique plan for us and shows that we have devices to conquer certain difficulties identified with trauma, stress, and toxic thoughts. FABULOUS TOOLS
This book has made me successful and has painted my world a much better picture. I can't wait to see what life will be like a few years down the road once I have mastered the Nuerocycle and the understanding of just how damaging toxic thinking is on the human body. If anybody is thinking about listening to this book, don't hesitate, listen to it!

Simplistic!!
After listening to the audiobook, I now have a better understanding of emotions. I am still working through the workbook and I have a little notebook where I write down what I feel, I use the notes to deconstruct the sources of these feelings. I would recommend this book
