Full set of information !!

Great book, it’s life-changing in every sense of the word. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons you picked up this book, it’s just one of the unexpected and beautiful side effects of eating in a way that benefits your entire physical well being. The diet merry-go-round is confusing, dizzying, and doesn’t get you anywhere. You keep going in circles. A diet is just a meal plan. Right now, you’re already on a diet. overall great book, great information, well structured. Am pleased with the purchase.

The true way to really eat

I wish I listen this book years ago. It makes total sense! The book is not that long but has all the information you need to get stated on intermittent fasting. Definitely listen the book. This is how we all were meant to eat. I feel so MUCH better eating this way and you will too!
