Loaded with Plans and Recipes!
Intermittent Fasting for Beginners by Amanda Swaine details the different approaches to intermittent fasting with consideration to length and days. The audiobook also gives a brief history, as well as covers all the medical benefits of abstaining from food. The author addresses nutritional needs, too. The information is truly geared towards the beginner and breaks down the basics so that a newbie can jump right in and feel confident in the fasting process. What I appreciate most about this audiobook is how two-thirds of it is all about meal plans and recipes, which I find is most useful when trying to make sure I’m nutritionally sound while avoiding caloric intake. The recipes cover all types of foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as mouth-watering pictures of meals, too.

Here is an inescapable fact: although everyone's body is different, we all function on the same fundamental level. This book explains in-depth the biological processes your body goes through while fasting, and how after just a short amount of time, you will begin to see the amazing physical benefits of intermittent fasting. One of the most common reasons people often give up so quickly on diets and meal plans is because they feel like they are missing out on enjoying the foods they love and frequently experience hunger and cravings. Intermittent fasting is different because it lets you eat delicious food while still losing weight; plus, you will never feel hungry!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK!
I am in love with this audiobook. It was given to me to review but wow! It gives so many options for fasting and you can choose whatever plan works with your lifestyle and what you need personally. Each plan gives you a meal plan of sorts and a plan for the week that makes it so easy. If thats not enough you also get some yummy recipes to go with the meal plans. If you’ve been looking to start some type of intermittent fasting but dont know where to start or what to do, you will love this audiobook!!!

Intermittent Fasting For Beginners is a great started audiobook for those interested in all the benefits fasting can offer. I started fasting and had great success with my weight as well has mental health. I usually do which seems to work best for me personally. This audiobook is easy to follow, a quick read, and packed full of helpful information. It would be a great starting point for anyone interested!

All my questions answered
I'm not new to intermittent fasting (I thought) yet this information was definitely the knowledge I was missing to make sense of what I already knew. I knew that I had intermittent fasted before but I didn't know there was more than not eating for a certain amount of hours.... there is more to it than that! It's not overly complicated but this audiobook offers more insight into the proper way of getting RESULTS. There is also information on who shouldn't intermittent fast and when it's not recommended, it's not for everyone. The information on is okay but this audiobook is better (hands down more helpful). I'd recommend, I hope this helps :)

If you are searching for answers about Intermitten
I'm excited to review this audiobook as I have been planning to do intermittent fasting for awhile. I work with a lady that has been doing it for about a year, along with her husband, and the results are outstanding. They both lost a tremendous amount of weight and look fantastically healthy.I am interested in doing intermittent fasting, but needed a guide to explain how to do it. Where to begin? This audiobook has all the answers I was searching for! This really is a complete guide to intermittent fasting. It gives you several plans to choose from, and offers you the pros and cons of all of them. There are sample menu's in the audiobook, and even some great recipes to try.

Great audiobook for listen more about intermittent
We started doing intermittent fasting (16:8) a few years ago and it really has worked for us. It's pretty much the only way I lose weight but I also just feel better overall when I do it. I have more energy and less hunger.This is the kind of audiobook I wish I'd had when I started out. Good information on all the basics and it's in a very easy to read and process format. I picked up a few good simple recipes too like the Chicken and Peanut butter boats and a good green smoothie recipe.

Great beginner book!
I have been on Keto for about 2 years now and have had much success, I was naturally fasting once I got into ketosis but had some friends talking about the benefits. This audiobook has been very informational and given me more insight into what my body is doing naturally and since following a stricter schedule I feel like there’s been nothing but benefits. Intermittent Fasting for Beginners makes your own personal journey a breeze and provides weeklong easy-to-follow meal plans for 6 types of fasting schedules. I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while
This audiobook reinforces what I already know and has taught me a few things I didn't know. I need to get back on my intermittent fasting and thought this would give me the kick in the pants that I needed. Unfortunately, with covid, I just don't have the motivation to get me going
