Great info

The information presented is great and very approachable. One thing that could add a lot of value to this purchase would be adding a PDF with the recommended recipes similar to many other Audible books on similar subjects. Writing down the recipes while driving or exercising just doesn't seem like a good idea.

Not for me

The narrator is condescending and inflections are off. Repetition and the strictness of the advice given makes nothing easy about this book or intermittent fasting. As an experienced IF'er, I was looking for some new and innovative ways to boost my fasting regimen. All I really took away from this book was how to add flavorings to my water and the benefits of apple cider vinegar and that information was very repetitive.
