This is a fantastic book! One of the best on intermittent fasting and a sensible eating philosophy. Over the years, I’ve read so many books on health/weight loss, and this one is one of the best in that it’s well organized and full of very useful information.

Good book
Good book for those looking to start fasting. Though, my only suggestion would be to have more protein than the 15-25% of calories; need to consider lean body mass or goal weight and eat enough protein for that usually equates to 30-35% of calories from protein.
