Great guide for beginners

I am getting close to 50, and I really wanted to understand intermittent fasting. I have tried to do this on my own after reading a few blogs and it has never worked out. This guide is amazing and shows someone who is new to this area how to do intermittent fasting safely and with the right foods. I truly appreciate this book!

Lots to learn and absorb

This explained intermittent fasting really well. Now I understand more about how my body works and the different ways to try intermittent fasting. I'm 62 years old and have weight to lose (of course!), so this will be something I haven't tried before. But the author made me understand it was both safe and healthy. I'm ready to give it a try now that my questions have been answered. Great book!

Perfect guide for adopting intermittent fasting.

In spite of being male, I've experimented with various weight-loss methods throughout my life, putting in considerable effort without witnessing any notable results. My body image has always been a concern, and achieving an ideal physique has remained elusive.

However, after engaging with this book, my focus shifted entirely to the concept of mindful eating and intermittent fasting. This approach is essential not only for satiating the stomach but also for nurturing a healthier relationship with food. Remarkably, this shift in perspective has reprogrammed my mind, effectively curbing my tendency for intermittent fasting. Additionally, when it comes to women's health, intermittent fasting can offer several benefits. Firstly, it can promote weight loss by helping to regulate insulin levels and reduce calorie intake. Secondly, intermittent fasting may enhance metabolic flexibility, which is crucial for sustainable weight management. Lastly, some studies suggest that intermittent fasting could have positive effects on hormonal balance in women, potentially supporting reproductive health.

From a medical professional: must-listen if you have a chronic medical condition!

I am so happy with the info and delivery in this audiobook. As I was listening, I imagined the success and healing my patients would have in their medical conditions such as diabetes, GI issues, and weight problems if they took the advice in this book. The narration is wonderful, and the concepts were explained in a way that keeps your attention and helps you understand the topic.

it has everything you need to know about to get started fasting.

Easy to listen to and to understand. I was surprised and really interested to learn about the history of dieting and how IF fits into the picture.
