About this listen

The Brothers and Dozer have now extended their family with the last living Runark, Ruri, the wanton but funny Sprite, Melody, and of course, Lola the Night Raven. Yet, they still have two more to finish the group, and then they will need to be prepared.

Growing stronger in War World is not for the faint of heart, and they have their first real dungeon to conquer, The Gray Depths. The undead patrol its boundaries, and they are hungry.

The epic saga of the afterlife, like a game with NPC players, bad guys and battles. *A very adult listen with swears and some scenes with a lot of sexual descriptions.* I like the story itself, but as I found with the first (missed the second) listening to the stats is sometimes tedious. I love the music that comes with it but at the start of the story I found it quite distracting. I’m kinda hooked now and wanna listen to book 4 to see how everything turns out after a very interesting proposition

And it continues

I’ve listen to one to another third book. It’s one of my favorite books so far I’ve listened to this year. I just really feel the kinship between both brothers. Especially how one is kind of a Debbie downer and the other ones more upbeat. But they’re both bad asses in their own right. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. My only grape is one of the brothers falls in love way too quickly in my personal opinion but it doesn’t take away from any other part of the book.

Still going strong

JD Glasscock continues the Blood Brothers series with book 3, Into the Gray. This Grimdark LitRPG continues to impress me. The author keeps going all out with the character development and world in which they find themselves in. I look forward to what JD has for us next! Narrated by: Patrick O'Connor contines to do an excellent job narrating this series.

This story is really getting interesting. Not that the first two were boring. Never cared for cliffhangers and the author has tried something like that for each volume but this one was just that.

I received this free audiobook and I am voluntarily leaving this unbiased review.
