Just what I needed to shed off this COVID weight
Kathryn Young does a great job of breaking down the ideology of a proper and safe juice cleanse. My current eating choices aren't allowing me to lose those extra pounds from COVID and I knew I needed an alternative. I just happen to see Kathryn's book in my 'recommendations' and I am glad I picked it up. The book is very well laid out and provides great tips on how to make delicious juice drinks. I wish there was a follow-up review I can do because I want to report back my results!

CAN"T WAIT TO TRY IT!
This book was very informative. It is so easy to understand, you'll be able to start immediately. There is a plan included for a week which is pretty easy to follow, I just have to purchase the ingredients and start. I can't wait to try this!
