I like this meditation in the morning because it is centering, peaceful and short. As a mom of five I don’t always have 30-60 min for meditation, so this is great for busy mornings. Her voice is pleasant, too.

I'm not one that can sit still long enough to focus on a meditation.. So I put this on amd started making some cream of rice for myself.. while I waited for the water the boil I unloaded my dishwasher and finished making my food... I ate half my food before the 12 minutes was up! I feel relaxed, I regrouped about myself thanks to the walk through from this.
I will definitely listen to this everyday and again during my hard times in a day..
