If you love meditating, MUST READ

If you are beginner and in love with meditating this is the book for you! This book helped me with mindfulness and also helped me relaxed when stressed. The length is also good, not too long or too short! Would recommend,

A very well researched meditation book

Both the author and narrator have done such an exceedingly well job of making not only a meditative read/listen, but also a very insightful one. With this book I was able to practice the many forms of meditation and also learn the actual techniques and philosophies. A very soothing and engaging listen. Highly recommend!

A great meditation training

This audiobook provides great explanation and techniques about the different forms of meditation (meditation, mantras, yoga, hypnosis...)
I enjoyed the information about the breathing techniques and the material needed depending on the technique you choose.
This resource is perfect for anyone interested in knowing the different meditation approaches and their health benefits.

Enjoyed it

I found the book to be very helpful. I can now understand some of the meditation techniques that were unclear before. I have a positive approach now. I hate the number of word requirements in this book review.

Beginners guide to meditation...

If you are a beginner in the art of meditation, then this book is for you. All material was presented in a clear and concise manner as to make it easy to retain said material. The narrator did a great job also!
