The best breathing and general inner peace guidance book I've read yet!

I have read dozens of books on the topics of breathing, breath work, yoga, Hinduism, Buddhism psychedelics and inner peace. This book was so rich with information but more importantly it explains techniques in depth very clearly. I can't recommend it enough!

God genius stuff

Loved every bit narrorator
Frickin eveverything was way above par but I disagree that biological things cannot be controlled just my opinion

Excellent Practices

Listen to this book to learn about, not only controlling the breath, and its many benefits, but other Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices that go along with it. Lovingkindness, compassion, reduced stress and anxiety, and healing will be the result.

Very educational

Learning the difference in belly breathing and thoracic breathing was my favorite part. I really enjoyed this audio book. The author did a great job thanks.

good resource for beginners

easy to finish, good introduction if you're new to meditation or other breathing practices, narration was a little weird at first but I got used to it.

not sure

I'm a Christian without a lot of Christian guidance. Not sure how the Lord regards these teachings. One thing I know is the Lord has blessed me by using breathing techniques to slow my brain ,and heart down.
