There is hope for a full recovery from burnout

This is the first resource I’ve read that has left me feeling genuinely hopeful that a full recovery from burnout and the prevention of burnout in the future is possible…and it doesn’t involve stopping working or adding lots of self-care tasks/other that seems unreachable and overwhelming. After reading this book I’m starting to notice some shifts in my thinking that is making a difference and I believe that I’m finally on a path to healing from burnout and also have some tools to prevent it in the future. If you are burned out, I highly recommend reading this book.
