This book is an excellent read. It does not just identify burn out and give you the run of the mill solutions. It is a real guide to reclaiming your life and time.

Exceptional and compassionate resource

So many excellent ideas to implement easily! Highly Recommend!
I really enjoyed the straightforward explanations and examples for each concept. I feel that I learned many actionable steps that I could use right away. Plus Emily sounds like the most reassuring coach with her empathetic and encouraging delivery. I will reuse this book often as a resource.

great for middle class white women
This book on burnout is really for a specific demographic and at times is straight up ableist and classist. Really disappointing that the advice was to stop skipping your pilates classes without a discussion for those of us stuck work 2 jobs for survival, with disabilities or neurodivergence, etc. The advice given is super basic and nothing you couldn’t google.
