Wisdom, deftly and poetically expressed.
Timeless. Classic. I took the MBSR, led by the author, years ago. He has been an inspiration to me.

I really enjoyed the path to zen and meditation.
Such an incredible book. For those starting meditation to those that have been at it a while. There’s something for everyone.
