No one has been more helpful to me in my food and fitness endeavors than Dr. Doug Graham This book was very different from 80 1010 and I appreciate the nuances It was very helpful and is influencing me in the positive to further enhance my food and fitness. This, in turn, effects everything else in a most positive way. Thank you Dr. Doug Graham. I should also mention here that I have suffered for years with binging hiding and secretly eating. In less than one month after 40 years of this behavior I have experienced none of that behavior that gave me shame. I am free now and devoted to this way of living forever.

Best I’ve ever felt
I read Douglas’s other book called the 80/10/10 diet over five years ago when I first went vegan. My husband and I ate strictly how he describes for a little over a year. My husband lost 100 pounds and I got rid of multiple autoimmune symptoms. Even my seizures went away. Then we started eating cooked food, vegan junkfood and slowly didn’t feel all that great anymore. For the past 4 years we tried many other vegan diets and nothing made us feel as good as eating raw 80/10/10. We read this book to learn more and give us a reminder of why we need to go back to eating this way. Happy to say we’re back on track and feeling great! My husband did over the past four years regain about 30 pounds from all of the junk food but is already 10 pounds down! And the main issue I had was a couple autoimmune symptoms popping up such as swelling and mucus production after eating. On this diet those are nonexistent.

A must have and do book to get healthy.

Love this book!
Being someone interested in health and nutrition, I really appreciate how this book brings clarity and simplicity from someone who truly understands health and well-being. I've been Dr. Graham's fan for over 8 years, and I know that his message (unlike many other raw food teachers' that were popular back in the day) has always been the most profound, made most sense and hasn't changed over the years. His own personal results and those of his followers speak for themselves!
