Publisher's summary

The Multiverse, the void, existence itself.

The stakes have never been higher, and it all falls upon the three friends to save the day. Their trip to the Void will prove to be as harmful as lucrative.

Their hope? To gain enough power so they can break the Ranking itself.

What they haven't thought of is the effect that the absolute and total despair of the Void will have on them. Or even if they will be able to prevail if they ever manage to return.

This third book of the Physics of the Apocalypse series is a finale that will leave you in tears of sadness and joy.

Its a slog for the first 75% of the book, but it ends well.

As the title states, this is the conclusion of the series. i enjoyed the fast paced monumental gains of the previous books, but this last one.. whew.. I almost gave up. Its good to have closure though.

the bank robbers didnt get to keep the money

essentialy all the cool stuff that happened didnt happen. a very "the friends we met along the way" ending. wouldve been happy if powers existed to some degree after the conclusion but no. unfortunately fun was not on the menu. lots of mid emotional yammering though. it had some impact. but it seems like writing is something the author does for a living. not lives to do. charming concept work. reliably unpredictable to some degree, just unsatisfying

Great ending to a story

Feel like this story has a good bit of everything sadness, struggle, laughs, accomplishment, fulfillment and it wrapped up really well. Thanks for the journey John Billy and Liam !

Loved the Ending but if it felt a bit rushed

I loved this series so much that I couldn't wait for credits next month's credits so I bought credits to get the last book early. I have never done that. My two only small complaints is that the story felt like it was rushing to it's final conclusion, I felt like it could have used little more fleshing out, specially something to set up the events of the final chapters which came out left field with no forshadowing or set up. The other complaint is the need for the author to be so verbose with level up notifications and large numbers; at times I felt bad for the narrator having to litterally read out like 20-30 level up notifications. Other than that this was good read.

Solid, heartfelt, action packed LitRPG...

great story. character development and science. it's not a cash grab with a never ending story and 10 books worth of trash. this is a solid trilogy!

Rushed ending to what was a great series

I have read 10 or 14 books in other series with less background and creative content. It’s a shame that the author just didn’t want to write any more for this series. The ending wasn’t bad but this book took the leveling and overall blew it up. No consistency just complete cheat code mode. Again I could have read at least 3-4 more books with several of the story arks that were already started. Why do the whole trade system other world thing for it to basically mean nothing. Killed off everything for no reason other than to end the story but still it just doesn’t make sense. Why would they leave to get stronger but think nothing was going to happen. Also the void zone was also stolen basically from super man for the most part. I mean I think it’s even called the same thing. I just don’t understand how the first two books could be so good then the author just gives up and shoves all the unnecessary story arcs aside and ends it. Sad

I'm conflicted

like others have said the first half or more felt pointless. there were some interesting ideas but overall kinda meh. The ending feels like it conflicts with other parts of the book. In book 1 and 2 the talk about how losing you memories is basically death, but then without spoiling to much the ending goes on the opposite direction. They seemingly go for a "happy" end just for the rest of the books message to be forgotten.
