"Trauma healing guide for adults."
It's not compulsory that every person had a good memorable childhood. Many of us don't want to remember it because of some trauma which directly affects both our childhood as well as our current age.
In this book, the writer gives us a healing bundle that enables us to come out of that phase.

Loved it!
It's hard to say what I loved most about this audiobook, the meditations or the journal prompts! Great to listen to but even better if you can listen with a journal in hand to write down your thoughts. Loved how many journal prompts there were as well, didn't skimp on the amount of content at all!

Childhood trauma has a lasting effect on those who have experienced it. This audiobook is a great resource for one’s childhood trauma healing journey. A great way to recover from effects of trauma
This book contains tremendously simple and easy-to-employ exercises to help repair yourself from the effects of trauma suffered in childhood. Basically, you just need to be honest and ready to work and to express what happened, and to fill in the blanks in your own words to complete sentences that guide you to confront the traumatic events and effects of your own childhood. Through three separate kinds of exercises, the author gives you: impetus and directions to journal your own experiences, a how-to guide to do breathing exercises, and guided meditations to fill in your personal story for healing purposes. This is a terrific way to give yourself so much of the help you need via proven therapeutic methods.

Great Healing Book!
This is audiobook is excellent for those that have experienced childhood pain and have the desire to begin the work to heal from the inside! This book is filled with a ton of practical guidance that will allow you to truly heal your inner child. It goes into great detail about the impact of negative energy and how your past trauma affects your healing journey. I found the part about the effects on the immune system to be extremely insightful - as that can impact your health and how you show up in the world today. I highly recommend this book and truly believe that it can help others on their journey to healing!

Journaling prompts were the best part of this
Excellent value here. Each book is of a good length so as to split it up into workable pieces. The journaling prompts are great, as I have never done journalling and always been interested - the prompts really help you get going and learn how it all works. Narration is lovely and calm - easy to listen and music is also very helpful for concentration and relaxation.

Powerful tool for healing!
I am grateful for this book! The author did an exceptional job writing the right words that resonated with me. The narrator brought the book alive and her voice is calming which added to the experience.
I will work on myself so the wounded inner child in me can heal. I plan on using this book as my guide and I know I can get there.
