Amazing listen

Great for self-discovery and trauma recovery
The prompts in this audiobook help you reflect on your unique journey and allow you to reconnect with your inner child. I think it is beneficial to repeat certain prompts more than once as you may have more one trauma that you want to address. As the prompts progress, you are taken on a journey of acknowledgment, forgiveness, reparation, and gratitude. The narration is relaxing and calming. Overall, this is a very nice journaling prompt for personal development.

Journaling to heal thyself!
This an interesting book as I didn't realize the benefits of journaling. The author also provides a sound frequency audio which is interesting and feels relaxing for me. We sometimes overlook what we are now because of what happened during our childhood year especially the painful or traumatic events. With this book, it will guide you with inner healing and help you to be able to positively move forward in life. Highly recommended!

Very powerful and spiritual
I found this book so fulfilling. There are past events in our lives that we are not even aware of the impact they still have on us today as adults. The author has so much knowledge and passion and the narration is calming and soothing. Through meditation and self reflection the book takes you on a journey that really connects you to your inner child and helps you deal with these past experiences in a positive way. After listening to this, you will feel like a bag of rocks has been lifted off your shoulders and much stronger within.

Great experience!
It was a great experience listening to this audiobook. The author provides a wonderful approach to taking care of yourself that is unique and excellent. The narrator also did a great job. The soothing music and the voice blended very well. I highly recommend it.

Great for recovery
This is a great book to follow having experienced past trauma, offering many methods of how you can deal with it so you can recover well and use the negative energy you once had and turn it into something positive. I recommend this book.

The music is very relaxing, The narration clear. We all have things that have happened as kids that has not been processed and this combination of prompts whilst in a meditation is a novel approach to take care of some well deserved self-healing.

Helpful exercises
This book contains many useful exercises for anyone trying to cope with a traumatic past. It’s very hard to know how to pry out these traumas that are hidden deep on your own without being prompted. It was difficult at times and is best accompanied by the guidance of a trained professional but I felt it was a valuable step on my journey to healing.
