James W. Williams really knows his stuff. Even though this concept of "emotional intelligence" has been around for a while, Chris finds a way to put a new spin on things. Great stuff!

Great Information
The book was full of thought provoking questions and a clear, meaningful message that inspires you to learn more about yourself, your values, mission and how to apply them to yourself and the outside world. Learning to control your emotions and lifting others emotions is a real game changer as a leader!

This was a great book.
I really enjoyed this book. It was filled with very helpful information, while being written in a way that’s very easy to listen and understand. I enjoyed how the writing style felt very personal and almost conversational. There were many helpful tools and recommendations with very practical ways to bring these tools to fruition.
