About this listen

"Awaken... the game beckons again."

I woke and found myself in an ancient temple—naked, alone and without any memory of my past. Even the name my status screen displays—"Valerian Hawkblade"—is unfamiliar to me. It's a good name. A champion's name.

Fate joins me with a pair of adventurers searching the long abandoned temple. Nikita, a human warrior, and her friend Kazumi, an elven mage, are seeking a magic weapon to defeat Baron Skeg.

I pledge my aid in their quest for vengeance and together we begin a journey of leveling up, winning treasure, and upgrading our gear. Our path forward is dangerous as we battle savage beasts, restless undead, and formidable warriors.

As we adventure, I discover my rare ability as a Quester, which allows me to undertake divine Quests. These Quests promise bonus rewards for myself and my Quest Team, but they require courage and cunning to complete.

But will the bonuses be enough to level me up in time to defeat the powerful Baron?

The world I am in is full of magic, danger, and adventure with endless opportunities to win a place for myself. As I discover more about this mysterious world, I realize that it was no accident that I was awakened in the Temple of the Trickster God.

"Quest Master" is the first book in an exciting new series blending classic fantasy adventure with modern LitRPG/Gaming elements and a touch of romance(steamy) and friendship. Immerse yourself in a vivid new world with great characters, progression, stats and team building. Start your journey today!

A Treat

I've gotten way into LitRPG novels, and "Quest Master" was right up my alley! The fantasy elements, mixed with the delightful female companions, and the intriguing presence of the monkey trickster god lurking in the background made this super duper fun. The narrators did an exceptional job, bringing each character and scene to life, making the listening experience even more captivating. The touch of romance and deep friendships formed along the way add depth to the story. Looking forward to the next one.

a great story to listen to

this is not like most of the coming pools the main character going to a new world. main character wakes up with no memory or knowledge of anything and has to stumble through all these new crazy experiences. it gathers around him a good group of people to help them and they learn that he is special in more ways than one

great book

This is a well written adventure. It flows easily and does not bog down in over the top fight scenes that keep going on and on. The MC is a good guy with an easy going personality. His companions stand alone as characters and do not solely rely on the MC to progress in the story. I look forward to the next book.

Hercules is just another Simp Writer

Dear readers and Simp Herc,

I've now read about 75 novels in this Genre and very few of them actually have Men in them that represent how men truly act. Mr Hercules which I'm sure he's fully aware of as well as his readers does a wonderful job of creating MCs that are basically doormats or a little better than a wet towel. So here's my unbiased view of this book followed up by my biased view.

There's no real plot that's true to the MC. This book is about the 2nd female lead and her obsession with revenge, everything is second to that. Nothing else really progresses whether it be the characters or the story other than her goals.

The MC is a good solid fighter and isn't OP, he's humble and not a jerk. I really enjoyed his banter and since of humor. His fighting capability is second to none in the book. Solid Hero vs the evil among the land and random encounters. But that's all he is. If we take away his ability to think or speak the story would have progressed the exact same way except when haggling. There's no respect or recognition from the wannabe girl boss and this really kills the vibe of the party cohesion.

This is Supposed to be A Harem Litrpg correct? Sad to say that it's not. There's no love for the MC from the Female characters. They both use him for their own purposes. One being power and the other for sex. He's just a means to an end.

The system for RPG is like comparing DOS to Modern day operating systems. Mr Hercules doesn't follow up with his own rules and poetry much makes it up as he goes. 2 hours until the end of the book and he still has no Class, no more alotted Stat points (unless he bonds with a woman) and he doesn't really get any pets unless of course as said before he bonds with a woman. I want to be clear, I'm a big fan of family and love between the mc and his women but that's NOT applicable here. it's not recognized at all in the book by the MC but he doesn't seem to care either.

Totally biased opinion

You really don't know what a relationship is brother. Women don't like weak men... and at least when the awful female is teasing him like garbage or made a little since because he literally never told her to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. But let's go over how you did this:

Two woken find a naked man in a temple no one has been in for over a 100 years. He had no water, food, weapons and can't speak. They threaten him and refuse to help him until he "Explains himself"...

This is insane... So from this point he seats to help the cunt female bossbitch to avenge her uncle even though all she died is mistreat him and put him down constantly even though he has saved their lives several times by the end of the book and he's taken over the group. but wait... nope... that's not all.

You couldn't even give him the win of having her give herself to him... nope... she just assumes "I have a vagina, you must have sex with me because I want power now. "

Seriously bro what's fucking with you... you did this in your last book too. Do you like simping? Is this a fetish thing?

This book isn't for men at least not the target male audience for a Harem. This book is for white knights that think they should always apologize and never hold women accountable. It's also for those women that don't want to admit they like a man in charge.

Do better
