Advanced Module

The advanced module is nuts but I love it. Getting abs done early in the morning is a must for me and this program makes it so easy to do. I highly recommend it.

LOST 5 LBS YAY!

SUPER HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. Trust the process and follow the program 3-4 times a week and results will come trust me. These are great easy workouts.

Heard great things

Abs is definitely a workout I need to do more. Picked up this audiobook and listened to some of it at the gym. Impressed with the instructor's tips and the workouts they use. Very unique.

Fits in my schedule

I do these right after work and when there's someone instructing you it’s so easy. Time flies and your fat disappears.

Best Ab Workouts!

Intermediate 2 definitely has the best workouts for me. I’ve tried testing quite a few of the others but that one fits the best for me. Thank you Rachel Stevens!

Easy to follow

Awesome audiobook. I wanted to get into shape in 2020 so I tried this out for a couple of days. I don’t have enough time to go to the gym. This audiobook really helped with that.

Stay at Home
