I bought the audio now have the paperback coming

My friend is doing this and she has inspired me. I haven’t gone completely Code Red yet but I did up my water intake from 96oz to 128-154. I am going to bed early. I am looking at different things to buy on my grocery list.

Life Changing Book

I received this book as a gift from my wife who had started this program several weeks prior. I was not really into ANOTHER health or diet plan but when I started seeing what she was eating and how fast she was losing weight without killing herself at the gym, I was pretty excited. I read this book and so much of it resonated with me. I paired this book with the documentaries What's With Wheat and Fed Up and my life has changed for the better. This nutrition makes SO much sense for my body and I'm NOT starving. I pretty much eat bacon and eggs every day, This book is well written, well organized and it just makes sense. I have also gifted this audible book to like 8 people already. That's how confident I am that this could work for you! Together my wife and I have lost over 60 lbs so far since Jan 2020. We both started at over 200.

Excellent Information

Really enjoyed the audio book as it takes less time to be able to listen while driving. I have tried Code Red and it works if you follow the rules/directions. Big thumbs up.

This book could save your life!!!

Loved how easy it was to get a handle on what it takes to heal your body and change your relationship with food!!! Highly recommend this book for anyone who is wanting to lose weight and keep it off!

3 days into Sept 2020 10lb take down challenge

Dear Christy this (audible) book has changed my view of food for life. I used to reward / punish myself with food and that stops now. I got sober in 2004 and slowly turned to reaching (unknowingly) for more and more sugar over the years because the alcohol was absent. My mom passed suddenly in Aug of 2018 & I found comfort food - well very comforting. Covid allowed me to be home and graze the fridge more often. ALL of this has led me to 25lbs of weight that does not serve me. I'm short and really small bones so it feels terrible. I don't feel sexy or attractive. I downloaded this book and joined the support facebook site for the 10lb take down challenge late Aug and lost 10lbs even before the challenge began. Yahoo. I now understand what real food is. It does not have to be complicated. I can not express enough gratitude for the book and what you teach us about water sleep and consuming fuel in the form of nourishment. Thank you!!!

It literally changed my life. A must listen.

The biggest reference book in my audible library. I have listened to it more than 3 times and individual sections more than I can remember. She says things like:
Drink Water
Sleep well
Stay off carbs
log what you eat
Measure your weight...
Easy said than done in our daily chaotic life. I needed this book to tell me how to actually do these, I needed it to make me see why I should do these. I now do them not for anyone but because I owe it to myself to give myself the life I deserve. It saved my life and my sanity. I lost 12kg in 3 months and I am maintaining it with no stress and no hunger.

It is definitely a life changer.

It is a lifestyle -it is my lifestyle.

This book is exactly what I needed!

Narrated by the author and I loved every bit of it. Cristy explains everything and follows up the chapters with success stories. This is not a gimmick! I am putting this into motion currently and I plan on sending Cristy the biggest Tha k you for helping me realize this is all possible.
