Overall very good, but had some technical oversight issues.

Loved all the content. The only issue is that it seems like they could’ve used the auditory equivalent of proofreading a few passages. I didn’t make a note of it, but that’s for the editors to review.

I've listened to this audio book maybe 100+ times over the years and I'll most likely listen again from the beginning very soon.

Can change your life

I have read many sales books and have attended countless training session and this book had more of an impact on me than anything else to date. The fundamental message in this book is timeless, and the value of the information far outweighs the cost of the bookbook. The first couple of hours is more of an introduction, after that, most of the book is actually recordings of his live seminars. If you wish to get the full message listen to the book at least twice and it will begin to sink in. His message on what "no" really means will change the way you look at sales. I only wish I could give it more stars!

Most comprehensive sales material ever...

Not only is Zig inspirational, he uses all his experience in sales to help you be the very best you can be at sales. He covers every aspect of sales including the technical, emotional, psychological and physical aspects in an easy to use pragmatic fashion. Best book I have had, and I have read a lot.

More than I thought

Wish I listened to this earlier. It’s a great book that goes far deeper than selling or maybe rather shows you how much deeper selling really goes into our lives than we may have thought. I’m definitely giving this book another listen.

Excellent is every respect

What did you love best about Secrets of Closing the Sale?

ideas for all... zig will advise you read and listen. I agree -- Why? when you read-- it will appeal to you logically, when you listen it will appeal to you emotionally. Net effect- you will retain more and effectively have more to use when needed. Great example-- have you ever listened to a song more than once?

excellent - valid today as it was when written

You would be hard pressed to find a more complete sales training book. Zig's credentials were without pier and to find a book of this quality would be near impossible. Enjoy as I have over and over again and maybe we will meet "at the top", or as re more recently used to say "over the top".
