Excellent
This is very well done. I’ve taught meditation over a number of years. Sometimes, as with myself today coming out of 5 day illness unable to hold anything down and being weak, I couldn’t focus to bring myself back to a centered, vibrant and alive place. My brain and energy were too scattered.
The breathing with the vibratory background, the wakening of the senses, the shift in sound and his vocal direction cleared my foggy brain and brought me back into a much more alert and alive state.
Thank you so much. This will be an ongoing favorite.

meh
This is pretty same-old, same-old, which was disappointing for me bc I thought it was going to include some guided nature imagery or something to take my senses ELSEWHERE, rather than my very stale "here." Definitely don't like the harsh chimey sounds either.

Fantastic guided meditation
I think this would be a great selection for anyone just starting the meditation practice as it seemed to make clearing my mind easier than usual, also it’s short while still being effective! I have it only 4 star in story category only because I’d have liked to hear a short introductory message about how this specific meditation “sensory awakening “ will benefit me! However that’s just my personal preference and I am sure others would appreciate that about it, & I can see why they’d not include it as it would make it a longer time commitment so not as appealing for most! Overall one of my favorites & definitely one I recommend! Thanks for such great content! 🙏
