Truly a transforming book

Phillippe gets to the heart of the issue why we all overeat - something underlying that we refuse to address. If you want the book to give you an instant solution, you should probably look elsewhere. Instead, he leads you down a path of listening to yourself, your needs, your body to figure out when you're done eating. As someone who only dabbles in evidence-based science, the self-guided therapies in this book truly were something I'd never explored with eating, and they've improved my relationship with food much like standard therapy has improved my relationship with people.
