Easy to listen to.
hypnosis for night time. ocean and music for daytime use.. I have it on in the background at work. The speaker doesn't have an accent, I like that. I noticed that I have given responses to others that are the affirmations. It works when you use it.

Love this!
My favorite subliminal self-help for weight loss tool so far. The narrator has a nice, soothing voice, and it's easy for me to listen to. I listen to the whole thing as I'm falling asleep (usually make it about halfway through before dropping off), and then I listen to the last chapter (ocean waves and some nice paino music with subliminal messages) while I work, or read, or whatever. I only wish there was a way to put the last chapter on repeat so I could have that going in the background all night, or for a long period of time without needing to restart it every half hour.

It a really can work.
Allow yourself 20 min a night to relax and reflect before going to bed, let this tape play. Worst case you fall asleep easier than ever. Best case, my case, I found myself wanting more water, felt full and proud when i drank it. And felt proud when it made it to a genuiene hungry feeling before i ate empty calories. Got me more in tune with needs of earing vs feelings. Im a serious emotional eater and this tool has saved me 15 lbs so far. I,ll enjoy there, hang and i will use this as motivation, and i will succeed!!! It like life. Its what you put in to it, if you truly let your mind relax and agree with what you are hearing, you can allow those thoughts in and they will start to subtly guide you actions. Soon you find you atebpicking water over soda and fruit over chips for snacks, nothing crazy, just a lit of little changes that add upto you finally being Abe to lay down and relax happy with how you feel an optimistic for how you will look.

Always refreshing!
I own the audio cassette version of this from the 90s still! The message of positive self talk in the chapters has proven itself very effective. Even when I dont use it I can recall that pleasant piano melody drawing me back to listen again.This has been a timeless treasure for me.

Believer!!!
I tried many diets in the past. This is the only thing that has ever worked. In a year of listening to this recording, I have gone from 238lbs to 169lbs and still loosing. Bravo!!!

seems to work
used it for 3 weeks..n dont know if the recording helped me loose weight or motivated me work out harder..but i reached the target weight i wanted to ..2 weeks later than my intended date..but in all honesty..i did loose weight..works:-)

Try it, it actually works.
I noticed a definite reduction in appetite from the first listen. I was skeptical, but figured for the low price, what the heck. The downside: time consuming to keep up with the daily relaxation exercises, but it beats the alternative: overeating.
