Excellent

I study two books a week. This one leaves nothing out. Very impressed. Very motivational and I will listen several times just to keep it fresh in the mind. One motivational speaker said your brain is like a bucket with a hole in it. It continues to leak out these vital suggestions so we must keep putting it back into our leaky bucket.

Very educational

Main idea, we shouldn't eat all day. Snacking is bad. Intermittent fasting is the answer for a lot of problems.

Nice Book for all levels

It’s a short book, but I like that because it gets right to the point and covers everything you need to know. This a very informative book that explains OMAD in good detail. It will be useful for all levels from a beginner to someone like me who has experimented on/off with OMAD for years. However, I do believe it’s more beneficial for beginners or someone’s considering whether or not OMAD is a fit. Overall nice book and I’ll listen again.

Very Informative. Gives you a lot to think about

I really enjoyed learning more about how our body works when it comes to eating and why we tend to gain and keep the weight on. Logan Wolf does an excellent job in walking you thru every step of why the One Meal a Day Intermittent Fasting works. I now understand that it's not the overeating but the way and times you tend to eat that cause the weight gain or loss.
