Amazing therapy
I enjoy the sounds completely. I refer this sound therapy to anyone that is trying to work on reducing cortisol. It will take some time but I feel the difference.

Complex yet highly relaxing
The complex yet soothing sound variations helped instantly with my chronic insomnia. I was hesitant initially with the wide variations of rhythms, tones and sounds, but was soon fast asleep.

Didn’t work for me
Yikes 😳 I found it annoying and irritating. Obviously I didn’t actually measure my cortisol levels however I feel certain they were negatively affected.
