I recently listened to this audio book and found it to be an interesting approach to managing stress and improving overall well-being. Brand new perspective
If you’ve never heard of the Cortisol Detox Diet, you definitely need to check this book out. It illuminates how cortisol significantly impacts our ability to control our weight - sometimes even more than our food choices. Improved my hormonal health
The information in this audiobook has been a great help for managing my stress and balancing out my hormones. It provides so much information about how cortisol affects your body. I've learnt alot - there was so much I didn’t know! Since listening to this audiobook, I have made a lot of lifestyle changes in an effort to lower my stress levels. I now can see how much of a negative impact it was having on my health. I have predominantly been focusing on nutrition and sleep, and am happy to say that so far, it seems to have improved my hormonal health which has made such a difference to my quality of life.
