Astonishing results
My husband and I read a section and a daily lesson every morning and evening from “A Course in Miracles” presented by Helen Shucman. Then we pray our intentions and the Rosary. I put the earbuds in and listened for the first time when I started our routine. Background in my ears makes me speak loud enough that my husband can hear. We are in our 70's with the typical voice, throat, and breath and relaxed, content minds. But today my voice took off on its own. I was speaking as if young and without slight hesitations where the memorized prayers need to be recalled. Every prayer was there before the words came out faster than usual. Quite effective!
