A good listen
I really enjoyed this book, it helps me sleep and relax. It just took me a minute to get used to the reader and the way the book is formatted where she would say a line and then background it would be the line again just much softer once I got used to it like it’s a really good book.

Don’t stop playing it
At first thought the narrator was a little odd, but I just endured it after the first few minutes. After that, I started to repeat it and it felt good. And I started to feel better. It is important to listen to this and repeat the words. Trust it.
