This will be the last relaxation book you will buy
First of all, I must say that this book is one of the better books about relaxation hypnosis and I’ve read it a lot of them.
Reading and following instructions from this book, you will get an increased sense of clarity and awareness of yourself and of your surroundings.
This book helped me to regain stability and balance in my mood in only 30 minutes of meditation per day. All you need is just a little space to do it.
I would recommend this book to everyone who wants to restore balance in his mood quickly and efficiently.

Helping my depression
I've recently been suffering from really bad deep depression and this book so far is really helping me cope with it. I listen everyday after waking up and before going to sleep. It puts me in a peaceful state.

Highly recommend!
I can't recommend this enough. There's plenty of meditations to choose from, each one has a different sound and music to it. If you're looking for something relaxing, different, and hypnotic to listen to pick this up.

Makes me zen
These are so calming. They sound very similar at first but you can tell the subtle differences in each one. The music is great and the narrator did an excellent job. Relaxation hypnosis is definitely a favorite of mine now :)

The ZEN audiobook you need!
This book really delivers what it promises! People who deal with stress or anxiety on a regular basis will definitely benefit from this book. Very soothing and calming! Or even if you just need a moment to yourself, this book is definitely the one you need.
Be careful when you are listening to this book in your car.. it will get you completely ZEN.. Your sofa is a better place in my opinion..
The narrator is a perfect match as well, very soothing voice. Nice to listen to.
