I am sleeping better than I have in months
The others I have tried are too wordy. They would make my mind work overtime. Which is very counterproductive when you want to fall asleep This author is so precise and the music is subtle but amazingly effective I feel a peace and comfort immediately when I start the Sleep chapter. I’ve been listening to this for months and have only been awake til the end once. And fell asleep at that point The other chapters on Anxiety, Worry, Well Being are very good also.
My major issue has been sleep but the other chapters are very valuable.
I cannot say enough about the narrator His voice is so soothing and effective. Excellent pronunciation He really does The Job of relating the authors knowledge, intention and caring for others. I recommend Hypnosis For Happiness unequivocally
