Disappointed

The content seems ok, but the narrators voice is extremely distracting and annoys me.. so not really conducive to it being helpful at all.

Not only quit cold turkey....

I quit cold turkey after 35 years and have not had a craving or withdrawal. And it seems to be helping in other areas of myself such as exercise and portion control. I am so happy to be free and feeling so balanced and well adjusted.

Not for me

Did nothing for smoking cessation, don’t think smoking is even mentioned once. Might help you get to sleep but that’s it.
