Some quality advice, easy to understand and easy to do, but highly impactful when implemented in day to day life. As an avid yoga practitioner, I'm always looking for ways to increase my mindfulness. It feels so wonderful to be smoke-free
I would attempt to quit smoking for years but when I would pick up some alcohol, I’d find myself asking someone for a cigarette and even though my friends knew I was trying to quit, they’d give me a cigarette anyway and back to smoking I would be once again but something extraordinary happened after I listen to this audiobook.

This book was amazingly well organized and insightful while offering so many sites with supporting information to additionally clarify their points that were so easily, but powerfully presented.
