Highly informative audiobook for weight loss.
As someone who has been off and on a diet her entire life, this is a book that I found has really worked for me,
something I could actually stick with. I was new to both concepts of fasting and the ketogenic diet. I have found
that both methods work for me, and actually feel better in general since I began dieting this way. I would
recommend this book to anyone. The narration was excellent as well.

Some great information
I have been hearing a lot about both intermittent fasting and the keto diet as of late as they are both very popular right now. I didn't really know much about either but I knew that people were getting some fantastic weight loss results from both. I decided to get some more information and this audiobook has taught me a lot. It explains why the two are so effective and how to execute the diets properly. It even contains some simple recipes and a step by step plan as to how to execute everything. I would definitely recommend this audiobook.
