Small biz, not software specific.

It’s a fine book, but it’s about 9% small biz and managing people info. Much less about actual software and the development…

Excellent for business owners

I just listened to this book and I was very impressed with the content and narration. What I really liked about this book is that the author’s story is authentic and shows you the ups and downs of taking a business from nothing to a very successful business. I always wondered about the behind the scenes for successful businesses and this is as authentic as I have seen amongst the many business books I read and listened to. I also like that the author has the 7 rules of a successful company which I can apply right away to my business too. Highly recommend for business owners, c-level executives and managers!

So basic. Too basic.

If you are in high school and have never owned a lemonade stand, then this book is for you.

In all seriousness, this guy built a great small business, but besides a handful nuggets, don’t bother.
