Danny Devito do the audio?

Good book. Inspires new sales people to do what it takes, and also to expect rough patches.

Remarkable work

One of my favorite books to listen to while traveling to meetings or discussing how to help customers. I especially like the power of twelve discussion.

Must read for anyone who wants to go into Sales

Salesmen are like doctors. This was my key takeaway:

As a salesperson, you're a doctor. It doesn't matter how many patients you've seen before. This one is the only one you're seeing now. Include the patient in your diagnosis and treatment. Doing so not only makes for a better working atmosphere, it also increases the likelihood that your patient will have the positive attitude that is really the driving force behind so many dramatic recoveries!

Great salesman should read

This book defines the difference of a typical cheesy salesman to a professional business consultant! I can only say I wish people understood the difference. If you’re in sales this book is a must!
