My name is Damian Blair. As a retired couple’s therapist, I have witnessed the damaging effects of both codependent and narcissistic behavior in the lives of my clients. Helped me switch my thinking
I have struggled with relationships, people pleasing, and fear of abandonment for so long. I was tired of constantly being anxious I made someone upset so I started looking online and found this book. I am so thankful I started it. This book has allowed me to put myself in a better mindset, switch my thinking and give me strategies to work on myself. If you are someone who struggles with any of these things I highly recommend you give it a chance.
