Must have herbal book👍👍

I never thought I would like a non fiction book as much as this one! I learned more with this book than in the botanical herbal class I paid hundreds of dollars for last year. If you are not sure you should get it, just do it and GET IT. 100% a MUST HAVE.

Who knew I'd like Herbalism?

When I started listening this book, I had no clue what Native American Herbalism was. Yet, the more I listened, the more I learned. And the more I learned, the more I was convinced that this information would change the way I view medicine for the rest of my life.

Previously, I had no clue how powerful herbs can be in solving medical issues. I also didn't know how destructive some modern medicine practices can be over an extended amount of time. I am eternally grateful for the information I learned and have already started to put it into practice.

Everyone in the western world needs to hear this book!

Narrator

The voice of the narrator comes across like she's talking to a classroom of first graders. This content should be narrated by a more therapeutic professional voice. Unfortunately, I struggled to pay attention to content due to the sound of the voice.
