This book is filled with information and knowledge. It's been a game-changer for me to make so big changes in my life. It worked well for me. Effective
Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting have been an effective diet ever since. So I think this book is a perfect reference to get the desired results of both weight loss methods. This is really adorable and worth having. I believe the are effective methods of losing extra fats. If you want to lose your weight so fast I will surely recommend this audiobook.

Awesome!
Awesome! At first I thought it will be a so-so guidebook for ketogenic diet but it turns out to be gold as the instructions and guidelines is very well detailed and the author manages to explains the pros and cons of a ketogenic diet and he even created a bunch of chart for you to understand everything further more. The pictures on each recipes will also make you crave to prepare and taste these recipes so that'a a good move by the author.

Everything is covered from the history of the diet, the benefits, how to measure ketones, and macronutrients breakdown. Anyone who is interested in a low carb high-fat diet should give this a listen.
