The mindfulness solution is an excellent listen. First i got the The Science of Mindfulness for D. Siegel, it was a indepeth guide for anyone want to learn the trade.
I bought this one to contiue my learning.
Unlike the The Science of Mindfulness, downside for this guide is that you have to go to another website to do the real mindfulness practices. I love to have it all in one place.
