About this listen

Roman was never supposed to escape the locked plane that was his prison. And yet, somehow the impossible task became possible with the help of new friends, and despite the tricks of old enemies. Too intrepid was the demon driven by the fury of battle, the sorrow of defeat, the bonds of unbreakable friendship, and the longing for his beloved....

But when gods themselves join the fray, the chances of victory fall from slim to none. Just don’t tell that to Roman, better known as Krian the Prince of Craedia, or to his friends, for their will to fight for the realm they now call home is inexhaustible, and fight they will to the bitter end....

slow start.

slow start. well written and narrated. It seem like a chapter was cut short around 21. There was also some weird wording that chalked up to the translation.

Amazing continuation

I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Some loose ends finished and progression is certain. I can't wait to listen to the next one.

Mists of Erantia

Good book.

Lost me a bit there near the end even though I knew what was happening.
Kinda seemed a bit jumpy.

But a good book fleshing out the continuing story.

started good but tiresome

MC is unlikable. drinks and smokes constantly while spouting immature lines at his wife and dealing out high school humor like it's cool. the rest of the characters do similar. the world building is well done and we'll thought out. the game guides the plot as a video game would. decisions of the MC are like a 15 year old boy. aleron Kong does this better in everyway. bought the whole series so sticking with it. is good not great.
