My favorite part is about self-doubt...this little voice that I keep hearing in my head criticizing almost everything I do or say. The author provides techniques and strategies on how to quite that voice and improve self-esteem.
By introducing CBT, it comes with many practical exercises which helps to put what you read in practice.
Overall, highly recommended for anyone who needs a boost in their self-esteem!

What stood out for me most was the chapter on showing ourselves compassion, being kind to ourself. Using compassion by telling ourselves others feel the way we do, having more patience. We should show ourselves more compassion by recalling our wins, this atomatically brings us back our good space and allow us to stop self loathing.
