About this listen

Discover how to overcome your skin picking disorder for life! You're about to discover a proven strategy on how to understand and overcome your skin picking disorder for the rest of your life. Millions of people suffer from a skin picking disorder and throw away their personal and professional success because of their own skin issues and the self-consciousness that comes with it. Most people realize how much of a problem this is, but are unable to change their situation, simply because it's been a part of their mindset for so long. The truth is, if you are suffering from a skin picking disorder and haven't been able to change, it's because you are lacking an effective strategy and understanding of where the dermatillomania is coming from and what steps you need to take. This book goes into where skin picking originates, what goes on in your brain, heart, and body when a picking urge rises up, and a step-by-step strategy that will help you free yourself from skin picking and help you take control of your life.

I purchased this book in Audio so that I can listen repeatedly. Very shocked that so many people are battling this "Monster".

Let me just sum up the whole thing right here:

1.there has been little research on skin picking disorders.
2. Skin picking is not so much OCD, as it is an addictive habit. Just read any book about how to break addictive habits.
3. Avoid stressful situations.
4. try to wear gloves.
5. try to wear long sleeve's or cover the area but you tend to pick at, with loose clothing.

The man who narrates sounds like a robot.
